Payment and Cancellation Policy
To reserve a program, you must provide payment in full at the time of purchase. All scheduled programs are non-refundable. However they may be rescheduled 45 days or more prior to the program date, in return for a Rescheduling Fee equal to 25% of the program cost. Programs cannot be rescheduled within 45 days of the program date.
We take no responsibility for medical emergencies, business conflicts, canceled flights, or other unforeseen changes in your plans that prevent you from attending on the day you reserved. Programs usually run regardless of weather. However, in the event of a declared “rain out” (subject to the discretion of your instructor) or Force Majeure, we will make every effort to reschedule a program, or missed portion thereof, as conveniently as possible. Simraceway PDC Gift Cards are fully-refundable within 30 days of purchase. After this period, they are non-refundable.

Crash Damage Policy
Drivers are responsible for all crash damage repair costs sustained to their vehicle during the event.
